Personalized training programs for individuals provide targeted and structured mental, physical and baseball training, breaking down the program into four parts: Mind, Body, Ballplayer, Beyond the Ballplayer. After an initial assessment, programs are tailored to the individual’s goals.

A cancellation fee of 100% applies for cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance, or in case of no-show. This means that those who have pre-paid will forfeit their session and those who have not yet paid will be required to pay the equivalent cost of the session. No cancellation fee applies for cancellations made 24 or more hours in advance. Reid Baseball does not offer refunds. However, if you provide advanced notice of at least 24 hours, credit will be applied toward your account for a future session.
